We repair Samsung domestic appliances when they are out of the manufacturers warranty period which is a chargeable service. If your product is under manufacturers warranty or any kind of extended warranty, i.e you believe that you do not need to pay for a repair, please contact the manufacturer directly.
That’s great and all, and we commend you for pushing through with it. Unfortunately we no longer offer support for IE; it hasn’t received a major update since 2015 and Microsoft are dropping support for it later in the year.
